Our technicians work with both modern international manufacturers' equipment and Soviet-era systems, whose spare parts have to be sourced or made. One team, one contract, for the entire building portfolio — escalators included.
The same team, the same city, the same sites year after year.

The questions that come up in every first conversation. If yours is not here, call us and we will answer it on the phone.
Our dispatcher answers around the clock — nights, weekends and public holidays included. In Riga we are on site within 30–60 minutes; outside Riga we name the time during the call itself. Getting people out of the car always comes first; the repair starts after that.
Yes. We are not a single-brand service. Our technicians work on Otis, Schindler, Kone, Mitsubishi and ThyssenKrupp equipment, and on Soviet-era Mogilevlift and Shcherbinka lifts. Neither the manufacturer nor the year of manufacture decides whether we can take a building into maintenance.
Scheduled visits on the TA-1, TA-2 and TA-3 cycle — a monthly check, a semi-annual and an annual technical inspection. Every visit covers the door mechanism, the controller, the ropes and the brakes, plus lubrication and adjustment, and what was done is entered in the maintenance log. The same contract also covers emergency callouts around the clock.
It starts with a survey: we assess the shaft, the guide rails and the machine room, because those are usually the parts worth keeping. Then we replace what has aged out — relay control for a frequency converter, the car for new finishes, the door mechanism and the landing call panels. The work can be split into stages so the building is without its lift for as short a time as possible.
We are based in Riga and cover all of Latvia from there. We also take on installation and modernization projects in Lithuania and Estonia. Regular maintenance outside Latvia depends on where the building is — give us the address and we will answer straight away.
Yes. For modern equipment we order parts from the manufacturer or an equivalent supplier. For Soviet-era machinery the original part often no longer exists — then it is sourced on the second-hand market or made to pattern. That is why a repair always begins with a survey: it decides both the lead time and the price.
Call us, or fill in the request form at the bottom of this page — give the building address, the lift manufacturer and the approximate year if you know it. We come back to you within one business day and agree a time for the survey. After the survey you get a written quote with the scope and the schedule.
We reply within one business day.
