Elevator installation

The full project cycle: survey, equipment selection, installation, testing and handover.

Installing a new elevator starts with the shaft, not with ordering the equipment. We survey the site or the existing shaft, check the dimensions, the machine-room arrangement and the electrical supply — and only then discuss what fits: a passenger elevator, a goods elevator, or a machine-room-less design.

We take on the whole cycle rather than one stage of it. That means one party accountable for the delivery date, the installation, the connection, the testing and the documentation that handover requires. For a developer that is one partner instead of several; for the client, one phone number when something slips.

The building is not left unattended after handover. We can take the same elevator straight onto a maintenance contract on the TA-1, TA-2 and TA-3 schedule, and callouts are answered by the same crew that installed it.

What it covers

  • Shaft and machine-room survey

Dimensions, supplies, loads and existing structures — before any equipment or price is named.

  • Equipment selection and delivery

Passenger, goods and machine-room-less elevators. The manufacturer is chosen to suit the building, not a single-brand agreement.

  • Installation and connection

Guide rails, car, door mechanisms, control cabinet and electrical work.

  • Testing and documentation

Pre-handover testing and the document set required to put the elevator into service.

Common questions

01

Can you install an elevator in an existing building with no shaft?

That is a separate project, and the answer depends on the building's structure. We survey the site and tell you whether a shaft can be built, where it fits and what that means for the surrounding spaces. Nobody can answer that honestly without a survey.

02

How long does installation take?

The schedule is set by equipment delivery and shaft readiness, not by the installation itself. After the survey you get a written proposal stating the scope and the date, and from that point the date is part of the contract.
