Elevator emergency service
The dispatcher answers around the clock — at night, at weekends and on public holidays. In Riga we arrive within 30–60 minutes.
A stuck elevator is a question about people, not about servicing. So the order of work is fixed: releasing the people in the car always comes first, and the repair starts after that.
The dispatcher answers around the clock — at night, at weekends and on public holidays. In Riga we reach the site within 30–60 minutes; outside Riga we name the time during the call rather than leaving it unsaid.
A callout is not refused because the elevator is another manufacturer's or too old. Our technicians work on Otis, Schindler, Kone, Mitsubishi and ThyssenKrupp equipment, and on Soviet-era Mogilevlift and Shcherbinka elevators.
For buildings under our maintenance, emergency callouts are part of the same contract — no separate charge arises for a call at night.
What it covers
Releasing the people
The first task on every callout, before any diagnosis.
Diagnosis on site
Why the elevator stopped, and whether it can safely be restarted immediately.
Interim measure or repair
If a part has to be ordered, we name the date and say whether the elevator can be used until then.
Entry in the maintenance log
Every callout is recorded, so a recurring fault stays visible instead of disappearing.
Common questions
01Does a callout at night cost more?
For buildings under our maintenance, emergency callouts are covered by the contract whatever the hour. For buildings without one, we state the callout price during the phone call, before we set out.
02What should we do while waiting for a technician?
Stay in contact with the people in the car and do not try to force the doors open yourselves — it is dangerous, and it usually damages a mechanism that could otherwise be repaired on the spot. The dispatcher will tell you what to do in your particular situation.
